Its gentle pacing serves as a cheerful morning awakening or a relaxing nighttime wind-down. I wrote this piece one evening as a little birthday surprise for a friend, but I’m releasing it as part of a #100secondpause campaign to encourage listeners to pause from their hectic daily life while they listen to it and use those 100 seconds to breathe, notice the good things around them, and be grateful for life. – Great advice in our opinion! Oneblood: Many people think 1B32 is some kind of code, but it actually represents my age: 32. For months I kept “1B32” on my Spotify profile and social media without explaining what it meant. People came up with different theories, which was fun to watch. In reality, it’s a very personal project about looking back, growing up, and connecting my childhood with who I am today. That’s also why the child on the cover artwork is inspired by my own childhood photo. Oneblood is the cover star of both just cypriot hits and Cypriot Rap this week!
