Keefyskee, cover star of New Music Friday Cyprus, releases New Single “EXOTIC,” Bringing Rage Rap to the Cyprus Underground. Paphos-based artist Keefyskee releases his new single “EXOTIC,” a rage-inspired rap track that introduces a sound still largely untouched in Cyprus. Following his recent EP Been A Minute, “EXOTIC” marks Keefyskee’s first single release since the project and his fourth release of 2026. “EXOTIC” was created around the energy of modern rage rap, combining heavy production with Keefyskee’s own style and approach. The track was created while on a yacht out at sea in Cyprus, giving the release a setting that connects directly to where the artist is from. At 22, Keefyskee is building his sound around the newer generation of underground rap while bringing his own Paphos identity into it. With rage rap still developing in Cyprus, “EXOTIC” is part of his push to introduce something different to the local scene.
“I wanted to make something that felt different from what’s already being done here. EXOTIC is just a part of what I’ve got coming next.” — Keefyskee.
Keefyskee is a 22-year-old artist from Paphos, Cyprus, who has been making rap music since the age of 13. Originally influenced by the SoundCloud rap era, his sound has developed toward modern underground and rage rap. Earlier this year, he released his EP Been A Minute, followed by additional releases including “Never Give Up,” a cypher collaboration made with producer MrFoxy and Cypherwave. With more unreleased music planned, Keefyskee is continuing to develop his sound and establish his place within the Cyprus underground. “EXOTIC” continues Keefyskee’s 2026 run and serves as the beginning of a new chapter following Been A Minute. The single is intended to introduce listeners to the direction of his upcoming music while keeping the focus on his sound and identity as an artist from Paphos.
“I’ve got a lot more music coming. And alot more to show.” — Keefyskee stated.
Young Tix , cover star of Cypriot Rap, returns with his new single “MUTE”, following the sudden disappearance of his latest album, “Pros To Miden,” from all digital platforms.
